Hi, my name is Felicia, I’m the owner of Unfiltered Artistry. I’ve been a cosmetologist for the last 6 years. I’m from Albuquerque, New Mexico where I owned a full service salon for 2 years before moving to Rapid City. I find a lot of joy in my work a look forward to meeting you. POLICIES CANCELLATIONS I strive to accommodate clients to the best of my ability. All appointment confirmations are sent via text or email. Please honor your appointment, if you must cancel or reschedule please do so at least 24-Hours  before your appointment time to avoid a cancellation fee. A deposit is required for all new lash sets and any colors services. All deposits are non-refundable. * No-shows will be billed for the full (100%) amount for the appointment. * Clients who have no-showed for appointments will be asked to prepay/pay towards their visit when booking future appointments. * All cancellations must be made & confirmed. Appointment cancellations through text or email are welcomed. LATE ARRIVALS I ask that clients are on time for their appointments to ensure sufficient time for quality results. * While there is no fee for late arrivals, the length of the appointment may be reduced due to time restraints. * Guests arriving over 15 minutes late may be asked to reschedule, as accommodating late clients may inconvenience the time of the next appointments. While I will try my best to accommodate you, understand that your appointment may be rescheduled at my discretion. In this event, the cancellation/rescheduling policy will come into effect. LASH FILLS In order for your appointment to be a fill, you must have at least 40% of the original set left. If there is at least 40% left, it will be treated as a fill. Anything less than that will result in a full set, and a full set price. I schedule out the correct times for each service; if less than 40% is there, you may have to reschedule for a full set. REFUND Refunds will not be offered for any services that have already been executed. If you are unhappy with a service, please contact me within 24 hours. All retail product purchases are final sale.
